WorldPay facilities can be fully customisable to provide
your shoppers with a seamless shopping experience. Virtually
everything can be changed, including the logos, buttons,
backgrounds, colourschemes, and font styles and colours. All
changes can be made in a matter of seconds form the Customer
Management System.

For a quick start,
WorldPay provide a range of predefined templates allowing you
to change the colourscheme of your payment pages quickly and
easily. Each predefined template can be further customised at
any time. Changing from the default style to one of the
predefined templates takes no more than a few seconds from the
Customer Management System.
By default, the payment pages use the WorldPay logo, but
the Customer Management System allows you to upload your own
logos quickly and easily. You can also use your own logo with
the predefined templates. You can also upload complete header
and footer files to fully integrate the payment pages into
your website.
Customers may also change the default colours for each
section of the payment pages, together with the size, style,
and colour of text on the payment pages. Customers can also
upload their own images for use as buttons on the payment
pages, and even their own header and footer files to create
the seamless shopping experience. Changes take a matter of
seconds from the Customer Management System.
Languages
Payment pages are also available in
other languages such as French, German, Spanish, Dutch and
Swedish. Once enabled, customers will be able to select their
desired language directly from the payment pages. You can
enable these languages from your Customer Management System in
a matter of seconds.
You can enable other languages not provided by the Customer
Management System by uploading an appropriate file.

Email Receipts
For each transaction on your
account, the shopper will be sent an email receipt directly
from WorldPay. This too can be customised, allowing you to add
contact information and sales advice.
