Customer Management System

The Customer Management System (CMS) enables you to manage your WorldPay accounts and customise your WorldPay installation options and Payment Pages. You can use the CMS to:

  • view the progress of your application for WorldPay’s services
  • request WorldPay to activate your new installation
  • change your username and password
  • change your company contact details
  • view information on all transactions processed by WorldPay
  • search for specific transactions
  • process your own refunds
  • complete or "post-authorise" transactions, if you are using the deferred processing service
  • change the configuration options for an account
  • manage your WorldPay installations
  • customise the look and feel of the WorldPay payment pages
  • customise FuturePay options
  • reset a shopper's password.
