support offered here is free and intended, primarily, for our customers.
However, non-customers are invited to use this service also.
Customer technical support queries will of course be dealt with as
speedily as possible. Technical questions from non-customers will be
answered as time permits (usually within 24 hours).
As well as dealing with problems and queries to do with our network and
servers, our technical support staff have expertise in the areas of
Windows NT, Windows 2000, OpenVMS, Linux, Solaris, Unix, Cisco, local and
wide area networking, AlphaServers, Compaq Proliant servers and Actinic
